We get a lot of questionnaires and then when we reply we often get questions like, "where are you located?" or "what kittens do you have available?".
We have taken great care in providing the most current information we can, so please take a look around before applying.
Once you have decided that a Bengal is right for you and/or your family and we are the breeders you would like to work with,
Follow the 3 steps below starting with the Kitten Questionnaire.
       Please note: You will not be added to the waitlist if you only fill out a questionnaire.
                                We will not contact you about future litters if you only fill out a questionnaire.
                                        To be added to the waitlist, all 3 steps need to be done. If you would like a phone call prior                                          to the last two steps, that can be arranged, just let us know in your application.
**This 3 step process is the same to adopt a currently available baby.
**Please do not fill out step 3 until you have done step 1 & 2.
**We will always reply within 24 hours so CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
**If your wanting to set up a visit, this will always be done on weekends due to our schedules.

This Kitten Questionnaire and Deposit agreement is designed to help Tikka Sky Bengals gather pertinent information from you as a potential owner of one of our future or current kittens, as well as to better determine what kind of kitten would be best suited to you.

PLEASE NOTE:

The Deposit Agreement will need to be filled out after you have placed your deposit. You may contact us with any questions/concerns you may have before placing your deposit.

In order to be placed on the  wait list, you must complete both the Questionnaire and Deposit agreement and provide us with the required deposit. No one may be placed on the wait list without providing this information and receiving our approval.

Reminder: Almost of our kittens are already reserved through the waitlist unless you see a photo with the title "AVAILABLE", on our Bengal kittens page.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD BACK KITTENS FOR BREEDING PROGRAMS SO OCCASIONALLY YOU MAY SEE A KITTEN MARKED AS RESERVED AND WONDER WHY YOU WERE NOT CONTACTED. IN THIS CASE, IT IS RESERVED FOR ANOTHER BREEDER OR FOR US.

Once your Kitten Questionnaire has been sent,  please fill out the Deposit Agreement below AFTER you have paid your $300 deposit to reserve your kitten.
We use Zelle for most deposits but can offer other options. 
Pet deposits are $300 per kitten.

Only after completing all 3 steps will your name be added to the  wait list. 

If you are filling out a questionnaire for a VISIT to our cattery only, then please be aware that at this time due to COVID we are not having visitors unless you are on the wait list or picking up a kitten.  All clients are required to wear a mask during these visits and limit the number of people to two.

Tikka Sky Bengals Kitten Questionnaire

How did you hear about Tikka Sky Bengals?
Depending on breeding times, can depend on when a kitten will be available. By being placed on the wait list, you are securing your place to pick your kitten which could be anywhere from 0-12 months. From the selections below please answer the following:

Step 2:Kitten Deposit via Zelle 
The Deposit links below with Zelle are for $300 deposit only, per kitten.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash at pick up.
Deposits are non refundable. 


** Please note. If a deposit is returned for any reason at anytime, a second deposit will be declined.
ZELLE  IS USED ONLY FOR YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT. ALL OTHER PAYMENTS MUST BE IN CASH.

TIKKASKY CATTERY BENGAL KITTEN DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

We honor our waiting list, so we operate on a first deposit, first choice basis. We accept Zelle for the initial deposit only, per kitten.

Kittens must be paid for in full on the day they are picked up, as per the terms set out in this Waitlist Deposit Agreement.

The terms of this Waitlist Deposit Agreement are as follows.  Please read and initial beside each statement and fill out the bottom portion completely.

By submitting my wait list deposit and this completed form to Tikka Sky Bengals, I confirm the following:

Waitlist Deposit. I understand that my wait list deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE (the “Wait List Deposit”). I understand that this policy is in place to ensure that I am fully committed to purchasing a kitten from Tikka Sky Bengals. This deposit is for one kitten. PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason you refuse a kitten from Tikka Sky Bengals, this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. If you change your mind, this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide not to get a kitten at any time from Tikka Sky, this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. This policy is in place to ensure your commitment to us as much as our commitment to you. However, If Tikka Sky Bengals ceases to breed Bengal’s before I receive a kitten from them, my Wait List Deposit will be returned to me.

• I have received prior approval from my landlord, roommates, spouse, or any other person who may potentially disallow or not be in favor of a Bengal kitten/cat living in my/our home. I do not foresee my living arrangements changing to a situation where I will not be allowed to have a Bengal cat living in my home.

I understand that if a kitten is not offered to me within one year of my Wait List Deposit, my Wait List Deposit may be refunded ONLY if I have not refused other available kittens within that year. (“Refusal” = not responding to Tikka Sky’s emails, kitten posts on Face Book, or kittens posted as available on the website). If I have refused available kittens within a year of placing my Wait List deposit my deposit will not be returned to me. Instead, I may elect to forfeit my deposit and request to be removed from the wait list email list OR continue waiting on a kitten of my choice and retain my place on Tikka Sky’s waiting list.

I understand that although Tikka Sky will make reasonable efforts to contact me personally regarding available kittens, it is ultimately my responsibility to regularly view Tikka Sky’s website to view available kittens. By labelling a kitten as “Available to the Waitlist” or “On Hold for the Waitlist” in an email, on the website, or on its other social media, Tikka Sky is effectively offering the kitten to me. It is ultimately my responsibility to contact Tikka Sky to enquire about any kitten displayed in any of these manners if I am interested in it and have not been contacted personally. *Courtesy waitlist emails are typically also sent out with the arrival of each litter.

A second installment due upon choosing. I understand that when Tikka Sky and I have agreed on a specific kitten for me, a second non-refundable payment of ($500) is due at the time of the 8.5-9.5 week visit. If I fail to provide the Kitten Deposit to Tikka Sky at this visit I understand that my chosen kitten will be re-released to the wait list unless other written arrangements have been made with Tikka Sky Bengals.

I have familiarized myself with the prices clearly set out on Tikka Sky’s website for the various colors and patterns of kittens that are produced by Tikka Sky and am prepared to pay a price within the stated range for the particular kitten I choose. I also understand that the final price of the kitten will be determined by the time the kitten in 8.5-9.5 weeks old and I will be provided with a copy of the Purchase Agreement at the time of visit or shortly after, setting out the price, including all taxes.

• I understand that when a time is scheduled to pick up the kitten, if i am not able to pick up the kitten within 24 hours of that date, a charge of $20 per day for boarding will be charged to me.

I understand that as the Purchaser, I am responsible for all shipping costs if applicable, including health certificate/veterinary exam, rabies vaccine, and airfare.

I understand that any kitten offered to the pet wait list is at the sole discretion of Tikka Sky. Up to 10% of the kittens born may be held back for further evaluation if they appear to be developing in a way that makes them desirable to keep for breeding purposes. It is at Tikka Sky’s discretion to decide which kittens will be offered to the pet wait list and which ones will be set aside for the Breeder Wait List. Many of the breed quality kittens held back for evaluation will be offered to pet wait list once evaluations are complete and decisions have been made. In addition, Tikka Sky Bengals reserves the right to return my deposit for any reason.

At the time you submit the completed Wait List Deposit Agreement to us, please also send your deposit via Zelle using the Zelle link on our website.

Once we are in receipt of both the Wait List Deposit Agreement and your $300 wait list deposit (per kitten), you will receive confirmation from us by email that you have been added to our Wait List and you will then begin to receive our Wait List emails, announcing the new litters as they arrive.
